I don't know what to do - SID

Hey There,

Well... I have been dealing with SID since August 2013. I'm 27 years old, no children.

I have tried 2 rounds of steroid injections, 1 round of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Injections and 3 months of PT (twice a week) . I take muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatory medication and gabapentin for my sciatica problems. I have visited 3 general doctors, 1 orthopedist. 1 chiropractor, 1 PT. The MRI came back negative 9 months ago.

I do mobilization exercises and self massage using a foam roller almost every night ... I kind of know how to control the pain...but I don't understand WHAT IS CAUSING MY SI JOINT ISSUES and how to stop them!

I'm tired of the pain and I feel is affecting my mood lately, is hard to keep a good attitude with a non stop pain like this one... I don't know what else to do. Should I tried a new ortho? maybe a rheumatologist? physical therapist? I need an advice... Help please :( I'm kind of hopeless right now.

- Dani
