I have had several back injuries in my life the 2 most severe were when I was a nurses aid..
I now work in rent to own so I deliver a lot of heavy items. I was doing nothing out of the ordinary yesterday and as my day progressed so did the pain in my lower left back and around into my left upper groin area (hernia surgery 2/14) , by the end of the night I was crawling and in severe pain.. this morning I am walking but in severe pain and am about to leave for work and deliver a few couches.. How do I fix this so I can do the job I love? I have a family of 7 and I need to work I'm not afraid of hard work but am afraid I may do serious damage to myself more than has already been done to lead me here looking for help.
