Hello All, I am sufferring from back pain in L2/L3 from last 2+ months. The pain generally arises while changing the postures like standing up after sitting for a while or getting up from the bed. It becomes very difficult to stand straight. The pain comes for 2 seconds and then goes off, but for those 2 seconds its deadly. I got the X-ray done and it says muscle spasm. I am following up with physio and doing some basic exercises for a month now, but not much help.
Can someone please help..what could be the root cause and how can i get rid off this.
I am 35 years old.
