Immediately after post operative recovery from L2 thru L4 I began to have tremors. Even while sleeping my body would suddenly tense then jump 4 to 6 inches front the bed. My vision must catch up with my head movements. Did I have a stroke or something all limbs function on command.

There is nobody on the forum medically qualified to give advice on what is causing the symptoms you are describing, I suggest you contact your doctor about your concerns.
