Shingles and hip pain

I was diagnosed with shingles "down there" and they are inside, last week. Doctor said there is a lesion on my cervix also. I had shingles once 16 years ago when I was in my 20's in the same area. I took a round of Cipro and Acyclovir and they are much better but 3 days into the shingles I woke up with bad pain in my right lower back. I have OA in both hips also. I'm not sure what is causing this pain. It hurts sitting and moving a little, while sitting down. If I'm still it doesn't hurt. It hurts pretty bad when I start to get up, especially trying to drive and getting in and out of the car. It doesn't hurt to stand though and not too bad when I walk. If I bend to the right side it hurts also. It's been like this for over a week now. I can't say it's post-herpetic neuralgia cause the pain doesn't shoot down my leg. I had that the first time I had shingles but it was the left side, took me years before it finally went away and it would hit me out of the blue with a very sharp pain...
