Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum, and I'm glad to be here.

I did my first MD in L4-L5 five years ago, then I did my second MD at the same level 7 months ago.
Things are getting better by time, but I have few questions to be on the safe side while getting back to my normal life .
1- : what's the maximum weight allowed to carry in the straight position ( standing ) ?
2- : Is it ok to bend forward or there are limitations ?
3- : can I do jugging ? or it will herniate the disk again ?
4- : what are best exercises to do during this stage ?
5- : should I keep doing stretching now ?

Thanks in advance,
