I've had an exacerbation of my pain (neck, shoulder, arm, wrist, fingers, headaches) since mid-Novemeber. I'm still in significant, constant pain after PT, lidocaine shots, chiro, several muscle relaxers & opiates, and about 8 different doctors. I was in a car accident fifteen years ago and it seems some of my current issues are related.
My questions here:
1) A nuerosurgeon told me my the intense facial pain/headache is called a craniocervical migraine. Any success in treating this successfully? I've had this sort of pain as long as I remember but always thought it was a cold or allergies causing congestion.
2) two weeks ago, I developed a tremor in my non-dominate hand. It resonates through my forearm and bicep. I'm seeing the neurologist again soon. Has anyone developed a uni-or bi-lateral tremor from a cervical herniation? What's the treatment and was it effective?
Thanks for any thoughts.
I'm a relatively healthy, 41 yr old female, for context.
herniated c-2/3, c6-7
