wish I had a diagnosis. .is it siatica

Lifting a heavy item 19 months ago that day I had the most worst pain ever in my left ankle lasted about 10mins could hardly walk sit lay for couple weeks now im left with cotton wool feeling to my toe my ankle. my big toe moves with nerves which also flickers around rest lower back bout 5 weeks ago my left arm started to ache not all the time i have limited walking and can stand for but 30 mins or so before my lower back and butt cheek hurts..I been told by chrio and physio its a disc I had a lower back mri told me it was normal...bit worried will it ever get back to normal or has damage already been done.


  • Ouch ! Well I'm glad you mri' is normal. If it's not your back maybe its a muscle sprain. I've pulled and over worked many muscle and I think they heal slow. What does your doctor say?
    2005-ACDF with Corpectomy at C3-C-5.
    2006-L4-L5 diskectomy.
    2009-Cervical laminectomy at C3.
    Steroid injections series x 4.
