Problems - Can anyone refer a pain management doctor in NYC/NJ?

Hi everyone,
I was recently discharged from my orthopedist and pain management doctors in New Jersey. The doctors stated that they don't know what else to do for my condition. At this medical group if the ortho stops treating you, the pain management department will not work with you. They also do not give referrals, instructing me to contact my insurance company. I have had a chronic condition for nearly 6 years, with the most recent diagnosis being "failed low back surgery syndrome" and herniations at L4/L5 and L5/S1. I have had 4 appointments with 4 different doctors (1 general practitioners, 1 trip to the ER, and 2 pain management doctors) since Thanksgiving when I suffered another major injury due to a fall. Even with my medical records, these doctors will not write any prescriptions except for physical therapy and MRIs. I'm finding it impossible to locate a pain management doctor in this area - they treat chronic pain as a pill seekers and doctor shoppers.

Anyway, if anyone can recommend a pain management doctor in NYC or northern NJ I would appreciate the input.

Here's wishing you all pain relief in 2015!
