I have been having back issues for many years due to a multitude of falls for training horses and riding competitively. A number of years ago I went to a chiropractor for an issue with my shoulder and after all of the initial x-rays was told that my shoulder looked good but was asked when I hurt my back. I didn't know it had happened but I guess I broke the spinus process about mid thoracic. It had been long enough that it was disintegrated. Since I have gradually developed more pain and some issues with the strength and sensation in my hands. If I sleep with my arms up at all they go numb very quick. I don't like doctors and hoped that someone on here could give me insight to the issues this may cause in my future and potential options.
Thank you.
