upper vertebrae out of line with others

I don't necessarily have severe back pain, but I wasn't sure where else to post this...

Ive had some upper back and neck pain during sleeping for quite some time now. The other day my brother noticed my back was "crooked". Upon further examination I found that one of my upper vertebrae is shifted 1cm to the left of all the others. Should I be concerned? Its very noticeable and I have not been able to find anything online. I don't have a PCP so I'm looking for some advice.

FYI I am a 24 year old male, 5' 10" and 150lbs. I wish I could post photos because I do have a couple. Maybe I will put them on photobucket and insert link.
