I have had pain for about a year now, and nothing I do is working out. The PT says my core is not strong enough. I don't think that is right because my core was insanely strong, and so was my back muscle. I have recently noticed that the front of my right hip rotated in ward and up ward, and my right is rotated inward and downward. This has led me to discover a huge muscle imbalance in my left neck(being way tighter and stronger than my left) and some side abdominal and shoulder muscles. When I flex the opposite of those muscles and push my hips together in the back the pain goes away for the most part. Obviosly this had me extremely exited... but when I told the Doctor and the PT they just dismissed it as normal. I know this is the cause for most of the pain, but they won't address it.
Also, 2 years ago I am pretty sure I broke my tailbone. So I think I have 2 injurys, but every one i have talked too about this will only adress my pain as one injury. What should I do?!?!?!
All help is a big help and is appreciated.
