Just a quick question. I had an epidural injection yesterday because my lower back pain had become unbearable. The doctor couldn't really speak much English and I don't really know how qualified he really is. Anyway, when I got home I noticed that where he placed the needle in my back was way above the l4/l5 level where the pain was. It seems he injected the stuff into where the thoracic vertebrae are. Just wondering if the needle was put in the right place.
Honestly I couldn't find the answer on the internet. Today, 26 hours later, I am in much less pain. I don't know whether that is because the medicines have kicked in, the epidural is working or whether it is just because I have walked a lot.
Anyway, this is a great site. In fact its my main source of information.
