What is causing my pain?

Hi, I am yet as undiagnosed 43 year old male. I am waiting for a MRI scan and a bone scan and where I live I may have to wait for many months. Anyway I have been in chronic pain for about 8 months now. I am asking if anyone has similar pain to mine as my doctors are unsure. It started off one morning when I woke up with tight calf muscles, I presumed it was caused by a walk I did the previous day as I was living a very sedentary life, I work on the computer and work up to 16 hours a day so yes I spend a lot of my time hunched over a computer. So for the last 8 months I am waking up very very stiff, especially my calf's (bilateral), for the last 5 months I have also had constant lower back pain, I have a tender spot at the very bottom of my spine and on either side of this spot on my bullocks it is also very tender if I push down, my ankles and I guess my archilles are sometimes sore as well, it is a hard to describe pain, not a sharp pain but it makes me want to constantly move my foot in circles almost a antsy type of feeling, this pain also happens in my toes making me feel like I want to chop them off, I sometimes get a warm sensation in my buttocks, usually just one side and sometimes in my spine as well. I have been doing quite a lot of stretches lately but it doesn't seem to be helping. I can't go without painkillers as I am in pain and discomfort all day, 2 Co-codamol takes the edge off the pain but that only lasts a couple of hours. The pain doesn't wake me up but when I wake up I am in pain. I have searched and searches for my symptoms but nothing seems to match what I have. Anyone have any idea? Thanks for your time.
