RFA again

I am currently waiting for an appointment for my 3rd lumbar RFA in less than a year (since last April) Which will be followed up with 24 physical therapy visits. I seem to be in a cycle here of RFA'S followed up with PT to manage and keep my pain issues at bay. My burns seem to last about 4 months, is this normal? Shouldn't I get more than 4 months out of these. I was expecting, or hoping, for at least a year. My PM has offered to send me to a neurosurgeon for consult, I wonder if maybe I should take him up on this?? I really prefer not having another spinal surgery, but I'm not sure that RFA'S every 4 months and living in physical therapy is the way to go either. Thoughts??
