Hello, everyone my name is Jolene. I am a mom to 3 boys. My 4 yr old son and myself were in a car accident rear ended Sept 6th 2013.
I have been seeing a physiotherapist since and get dry needling done. Just over a yr ago I started to feel a really bad jabbing pain on my L shoulder blade.my shoulder blade sticks out way more then the other now and very painful. It has effected every area of my life. I went to Physio the other day and appearently the muscle in between my shoulder blade and spine is pretty much no longer there. All u can feel is rib.The physiotherapist has tried every technique he could think of. Dry needling only helps for 2 days..my L clavicle is risen.I have done my exercises, spa bath with Epsom salts in fared saunas, massage therapy etc. ..and everything else.does anyone have any ideas as to why and what ?suggestions/ideas? Options?
