6 years of hypermobile spine pain

Hi everyone - I'm Helen and I've suffered from low back pain for about six years now. I went to physical therapy for years, lots of NSAIDs, and ended up with a stomach ulcer. The only relief I ever found was from icing heating up my back, however if you've ever done that you know it takes time out of your day to sit still or lie down. So in order to balance a busy lifestyle and manage my pain I actually developed clothing that can accommodate ice or heat therapy without taking time out of my day. If you find yourself in the same boat, I'd love you to check out my kickstart campaign. Thanks much for your time and look forward to chatting with y'all!
