post surgery

today i bended forward accidentally but in a sec i recovered i had minimally invasive surgery and i am 6 weeks post op and now i am worried have i done a big mistake by bending forward or will i be safe and fine. i need someone advice on this thanks

  • I am five weeks post surgery - first four weeks went well and went back to work light duty after week three. into week five I started having muscle cramps starting from the buttock all the way down the right leg. its worst in AM and I think it's related to my sleep position. Any ideas? I am back to needing a walker to walk.
  • I am only 13 days post op TLiF L4&5. I stumbled while walking and had a hard band forward. I immediately corrected myself. No real pain. Had my two week follow up today to remove staples and told my surgeon. He looked and said he felt like everything was fine. He said it would take a good fall to break anything, just to be more careful. I'd say talk to your doctor but hopefully like me everything will be ok.
