edited 01/27/2015 - 9:11 AM in Lower Back Pain

I am 50 years Old &I suffer from Right leg pain and lower back . i have already made RMI .MRI report says the following:

1.Diffuse disc bulge abutting the thecal sac and less so the exit foramen.
2.Straightening of lumbar spine is noted .
3.NB: CDF intensity lesion seen at the level of body of S2------?Tarlov cyst (common incidental findings).

I wanted to know how serious this problem is and it will required operation or medicine treatment. How many days it can take to recover me from this case.

There is nobody on the forum medically qualified to advise on an MRI finding. It is impossible to predict an outcome of surgery, every patient is different
