Chronic Pain

I've been suffering from chronic pain for years. I've had lumbar fusions, cervical fusions, and have thoracic disc problems. I can't seem to get much relief from any meds I've taken over the years, but the most relief I get is from Fentanyl 100mcg, with Fentanyl 50mcg for extended relief and morphine sulfate 30mg for breakthrough pain. It seems there isn't any doctor that what's to touch me. I go to pain management monthly for injections and my meds. I think scar tissue has alot to do with my pain. Has anybody have any problem with scar tissue? Sorry for rambling on but I've never been any forums before and don't know if this appropriate. If anyone has any words of encouragement I'd appreciate it. Thanks
