Headaches after 2 level fusion

I am 6 months post op from a 2 level fusion L3 thru L5. Before surgery I had headaches 24/7 and nausea. The surgery got rid of them and the nausea however my headaches are returning especially after I excersize, do housework, walk, and even when I sit down in a car to drive. My headache intensifies in the evening and I end up going to bed with a headache. Anyone else have this problem? I notified my doctors nurse but no response yet. Any suggestions for the pain? I currently take a muscle relaxer and Narco in the evening with only some relief.
