PLIF Scheduled for March

Well I finally scheduled a minimally invasive PLIF for March 2nd. My surgeon, as amazing as he is, was 100 percent honest with me in discussing the complexity of my case and telling me we are taking a risk at doing the surgery, as it might not help at all. He thinks it might provide some relief from the discs causing me pain, but he said I will probably still have pain from my other problems. I feel like I have to take this chance to try and get better. I have tried everything else. I have to get back to work, if I can, at some point. I hope this is the right decision, but I wont know until I try I guess. I hope everyone is doing well! Thank you for listening!!!
