Hello everyone -
I came across this website- while trying to figure out tremendous lower back pain, which came out of nowhere.
I was getting out of my SUV and felt something strange didn't give it much thought, but notice gradual pain creeping out as the the day progressed. By night time I was in terrible pain, couldn't sit, walk, or lay-down.
Unable to sleep, I could even slid my body the PAIN that generated from my lower right back across to the left side of my lower back was PARALYZING!
It was screshating just to breathe, nights unbearable...I felt pain on my right hip, front right side ovary like, I believe the pain from my lower back generated throughout that whole region. I started to sleep on the floor hoping to get some relief....the only way i could get a little rest was sleeping on my back, with my legs bent up, my knees straight up and my head flat as well.
it took strategy just to get up to use the restroom without making any sudden movement that would cust immediate shutting pain with treas and at times yelling out of pain, I was able to use the restroom, but unable to wipe, any movement cost immediate pain....I'm not going on 2 weeks, just yesterday i thought i was on my way to recovery, only to slip back last night while sleeping i could feel my lower back slipping as if something was breaking of stragshing.
On Dec 7, 2005 I had an MRI which Impression finding said. Limited spondylosis. slight extrathecal right L5 root effect at L4-% suspect. On Jan 3 2007 MRI Impression finding finding: Straightening of the cervical spine with disc protrusion and possibly slight early extrusion paracentral to the right at C5-6 with cord or root effects suspect.
I was also diagnosed with osteopenia....I need some advise on what could possibly be going on.
