Hello all, I'm new to the forum but felt I needed to seek others with similar problems to my own. Last week I was diagnosed with two herniated disc c5 andc6. Both are severe with considerable impingement into my spinal column area. My surgeon is very concerned with this and wants to operate as soon as possible. I am planned in for sat 14th feb foe both to be replaced. Basically folks what's the general thought here. Have some of you had this procedure, postponed it or are waiting for it to be carried out. I am an active reasonably fit 44 year old. I have never had anything wrong with me before and this is all a bit of a shock. Any advice would be much appreciated.
