I have 5/325 oxy codone and told the Dr. that they are not as effective as they were when I started treatment and I was told they can not be increased in Strength. That seems odd because they are hardly more than a Baby Aspirin for Pain if they can not Be increased in Strength or to be prescribed taking them more times in the day. I take one every 6 hours. That's not enough and really never was enough to Cover the Pain from Severe Spinal Stenosis but what do I do?
I don't really know of what pain medication to have prescribed. My Dr. only suggests Lyrica, to treat the pain through some scientific method that I cant quite remember right now, the medication treats the nerves that cause pain or something like that I am told and read.
I really like the Oxycodone type meds, I only need them to be strong. How complicated is that to ask of a Dr.? or A Pharmacist.
A pain pill that really works.
I would have to see a pain specialist here and start asking, but that will take a while and who knows if they would even give me what I really need.
What pills should I research that are stronger than ocycodone and have the similar effect. Maby Vidodin, or the Fenylin Patches? I hope my insurance will Cover in Ontario Canada.
