My MRI shows that I have one bulging disc and 2 mild bulges in 2 other disc. Im also having pain in my right leg. I went to see a lawyer because I got hurt at work and needed advice. When he read my MRI results he acted like I wasn't supposed to have the pains im having. I felt as though he thought I was just acting. Im really upset. My doctor had me on Narco 10 mg but after receiving my MRI results and telling him my symptoms he gave me Percocet 10 mg 1 3 times a day. It helped at first but now its still not killing the pain. He also gave me Neurotin 300 mg it helps a little but makes ne feel funny. All the research that ive been doing some people with the same situation as me 75% of them are in pain others say they're not in pain. Im hurting I just got hurt in January of this year. I dont know whT to do. Should I stay on the Percocet?

I have one question..first of all i am 23 years old..secondly, i am lifting quite big weights in fitness when squating..and the question I have is, if the following excersise or how would I call it, is good for my spine..(fitness owner said that, he does this everytime before he goes asleep..he streches the vertebras..so that the water can come in between them at night..since they are always compressing by day when walking, lifting etc...so that at least by night your are streching them apart)..he lies down on his front side and extends his arms in front of him and holds on the upper edge of the bed..and his feet are off the bed at the end..and he pulls the lower back and legs down (towards the direction of where your feet are)..and you can sense that the vertebras are streching apart in the lower back part..and he goes to sleep like this..and I tried it and everything is fine and dandy..but there is one thing..I've been doing this for the last couple of days, and since then I have a slight pain in my lumbar..is that a good thing, since the lumbar is healing itself or something, and the pain will go away eventually ?..please advise if this is good for my spine or not..picture of the position on the bellow link..thank you in advance for your answers :))
