I have had the best week since surgery!

I just wanted to say that I have had the best week since my surgery last October. I am not sure why but my back and leg pain has been virtually non existent this week :) I was out walking the other day when I realised that I felt really happy - it felt like a real break through. I have also discovered that I can sit on the floor virtually upright with my legs straight out in front of me - I wasn't able to do this a few weeks ago. :)

I don't whether my good fortune this week will last - my back and legs seem to go through cycles of being really bad and then good. I am just celebrating the "mini pain break" I have had!

I can't believe my surgery was 9 months ago - at times it has pushed me to the limit emotionally, physically, mentally and financially....I am sure it will continue to do so. This week has reminded me that I made the right choice - as opposed to the dark times when I wondered if I had made a mistake.

What I am trying to say is, there is hope for us all:)

Best Wishes
