Hi - I have had chronic lower back pain for a 3 - 4 years. It's almost that my back just feels bruised all the time. I feel like I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I recently got an MRI done and it shows 2 minor slipped discs (L4/L5 and L5/S1) but not enough to warrant any type of surgery. I have also noted that my hamstrings are always tight and I feel like I am stretching them all day which helps give some relief. It is hard for me to stand in one place for more than 10 minutes but sitting down I am fine. I feel like I have tried everything and no one can give me an answer to what my problem is.

30 years old
pretty good shape
play a lot of sports.

Chiro - still going
dry needling - still going
tens machine
inversion table - i bought one
foam roller
facet joint injection

I just feel like this is annoying pain I will have to live with for the rest of my life :(
