Any safe hot foods?

I eat little things, but sometimes i just crave hot food. are there any hot safe foods super low in calories? what are your favourites? tonight i ate peas and i felt kinda bad because they were 81 cals.. and i had already reached me 300-400 limit and went over with that.. please give suggestions xx

  • What kind of diet are you on? Lean meats are low in calories but high in protein, and they are a hot food. Other cooked veggies can be super filling- I personally like roasted cauliflower worh just a scotch of cheese added in, and mashed . Tastes almost like mac n cheese.

    Soups can be very low calorie. I like the creamy ones that have vegan (non milk) alternatives to the " creamy" part.

    When i have cravings and usually related to sweet things i have a free sugar cacao. You can drink it hot or cold but it is actually really tasty and low calorie!
