I am a 17 yo student and tried to do the crow pose. What this move is, you stand up on your hands while putting your legs on your arms. I put some pillows underneath me in case I fall on my face because I was not experienced. In the last trial I fell directly on my head and even though there were pillows, my neck got really sore afterwards. I heard my neck cracking while hitting the ground. To be more clear, I felt pressure directly on my cervical spines. I am worried about a disk degeneration or hernia. The day after the incident my pain didn't increase. I can move my head freely, but my neck still hurts. According to my observations, there is no ''whiplash'' happened to my neck muscles. I am scared if anything permanent happened. After how long should I get worried about my neck if the pain doesnt go away? What are you thinking about the disk degeneration?
