Ball Inside of upper back

A few years ago i discovered a small pain in a VERY specific part of my upper back, left side.
It feels like a ball to me, doesn't move from its specific spot.
Now 3 years later it feels like it's gotten a bit bigger and it definitely hurts more.
The ball feels about the size of a quarter.
The ball doesn't stick out of my skin or anything and none of my friends who felt my back are able to feel any ball inside my back but i definitely feel it.
I saw a physio therapists who was able to identify the spot in my back but none of her exercises or anything worked to help it feel better, the only thing that helped a bit was her massaging it so i decided if 10 mins of her massaging it helps reduce the pain a bit then an hour massage would help so much, right!
But ive had about 7 massages now and so far none of the massage therapists have been able to find the spot on my back.
On my worst days the pain radiates from the spot up into my shoulder and down the back of my left arm to the elbow.
I have no idea what this ball is or how to get rid of it but it's driving me insane.
