Going Crazy From Chronic Pain!

So a little background information, I have been suffering from chronic back pain for about four years now. I am 20 now. It begun with severe tension headaches only, would last a couple hours to longer than a week, and would vary in severity from mild to severe. After that I began having back pain, with my trapezius muscles and upper traps, bothering me the most, in addition to the random tension headaches. From this point this with my back have just slowly and steadily gotten worse.
I have had some "tests" done, HLA-B27 negative, all blood work was fine. Slightly low vitamin D. X-ray showed: scolosis in lumber spine. A second X-ray showed thoracic scoliosis and degenerative discs in mid thoracic spine. MRI later showed, multilevel schmorl's nodes seen between T6-T12, disc narrowing and slight loss of disc signal, Midd loss of anterior height at T11,. Possible Scheuermann's disease? Partial wedding T11. T10-T11 disc herniation, mild cord compression.
Looking further, today I am still suffering from the chronic back pain, and tension headaches/ pain along my neck when back pain is bad. Pain along middle of mid thoracic spine. Cervical neck pain (constant) but mild. Pain in shoulders/ scapula region. Some pain in knee's (~4), as well ankles and hips. Loss of appetite. Not being able to sleep until very late/ waking up often. "sore" everywhere, you can touch me anywhere on my back, arms, and it will feel as if it was bruised.
Some symptoms that I have had, but not very often; dizziness, blurry vision, ringing in ears, runny nose (more often), hazy/daze like feeling.
I am currently on a muscle relaxant which slightly helps relax my muscles (low dose). As well Gabapentin which helps a little as well. I have tried numerous other med's and things like advil, tylenol do next for nothing when I am in need. I have tried a couple different deep tissue massages, light massages, heat (sauna/ hot tub/steam room), acupuncture, chiropractor, numerous physio-places (one for 3 months, one for 6 months, another for 5 months.)The exercises help for a couple of minutes, then the pain becomes worse and more unbearable to continue the exercises. As well visited a neurologist (who claimed my mri/xray were fine), a rheumatologist, and a pain management specialist (tried strong sedative needles for a coupe weeks, with very short term [a day max] of pain relief -and discontinued). This all only relates to the physical affects of my pain.

Additional info I wanted to add; pain in wrists (more of a stiff burning, hurting feeling). a couple times I have felt as if a wave of heat it my body and my muscles were all prickled by needles (like an acupuncturists poked you everywhere), however this only happened once or twice and lasted a couple minutes. Shine Splint like pain (often). Weakness.
Occasional pins and needles pain in scapula area muscles.
Tingling type numbness in right hand (little finger and third finger), and pain in right elbow.

Smorls nodes can cause pain ( it is a disc herniation into end plate ) as well as sheurmans but the pain you describe does not sound consistant with that, what is reasons doctors given you for the pain?
Do your due dilegence, trust you know your body and question everything if it does not fit. Advocate for yourself and you will be suprised what will be revealed trusting your body and instinct.
  • The rheumatologist who told me they could not help me any longer said it was scheuermann's. The pain management doctor currently helping me says myofascial pain. Do these "symptoms" sounds like something specific to you?
