i had horrendous ankle pain that lasted bout 10 mins,20 months now i have limited walking pain in my ankle and toe and butt cheeks its been a struggle ever since trying to get refered onto the right people i had is chrio and physio and more physio, it took me 11 months to get a lumber mri which i was told was unremarkable nothing wrong, i got a copy of mri report it did say that small based disc protrusion on l5 s1 i have had no help really,i asked my doctor for a emg nerve test she told me my nerves was all ok,i still went along for the test..the nerophsyoligy was like seemed to wonder why i was there but said he do the test anyway as i have numb toe and ankle and nerve flickers he tested the l5 to then tell me that i have nerve damage in my back and nothing will be done and no one can ref me on as should have been physios job to do but they never did and doctors not allowed to ref on no more so im really feeling stuck what to do next
