Numbness and tingling 9 months post discetomy

I have a discetomy at L4L5 just about 9 months ago. Recovery is definitely slow but is progressing.
I have not had that zing down my leg is 2 months or so.
I cleaned the hose 5 days ago and now am having numbness and tingling in my foot but no leg pain. I'm hoping it is just a little flare up?

  • I'm almost 9 months post a l5/S1 micro d. I continue to have severe pain and numbness in my left leg and foot. I just had another MRI on my low back and neck. Oh yes, now my neck. I recently started having neck pain and numbness in my left arm. I'm at my wits end with all of this. I'm not sure if I want the MRI's to show issues or not at this stage. Personally , I think I have permanent nerve damage to my S1 nerve even though my EMG said it appeared to be only "moderate nerve damage". I think my next step will be a trial SCS. I hope you get better soon!!
