I am a 53 year old guy whom had an accident at work , i fell backwards slipping on broken concrete steps, I have had two MRI
scans both confirmed de-genitive lower back, but was fine before the accident and since suffered from sciatica mainly on my right side over the left, and i have tried numerous new jobs but lifting, bending or even walking up/down hills brings on back pain, i have found getting in/out a lorry causes problems with my back and at the ripe old age of 53 i am looking at a bleak future, i am awaiting pain management , i cannot understand why i am in so much pain almost everyday.
i have had three treatments of physio but none have helped, the painkillers caused me to have kidney stones as painkillers are likely to when taking so many.
please can anyone help i am at my wits end.
