Other single parents 3 teenagers & recovering from surgery?

Hi. Had my second microdiscectomy surgery 3 weeks ago, just wondering how other single parents out there (I am widowed, 2 years) are managing recovery, rehab and parenting (I have two strapping hormonal lads that dislike each other and a preteen daughter)? I find it very challenging at times, especially trying to break up big lad fights and not injure myself! Anyone else in a similar position? Would love to hear from you

Am not in this position but while im on here I just wanted to give a shout out to you for sticking things out and being so tough. I can't imagine the burden this is having on your health and mental well being while going through all of this. I wish you a speedy recovery and I hope life goes in a more positive direction for you after the recovery is done.
Continue to suffer from alignment issue and myofasical pain in rib cage and pelvic area.
Nerve pain and back pain are more stable these days but still get flare ups.
