Lower back pain...Herniated L5-S1/Scholiosis/Arthritis

I am 35 yrs old and I have been in constant pain since 2010. I found out when my back went out on me in 2010, which had done so before, nothing. They did a MRI, and I had to call the doctors office for my results, this was prior to EPIC, they said it was normal. My back started feeling a little better from a chiropractor. Then I decided in 2012 to go back to a different doctor, since my pain was getting worse and the chiropractic bills were getting big. After a Scholiosis Xray, which didn't turn up anything new, just Scholiosis, which I have had since I was a child, they sent me to pain management for consultation. Finally someone asked when or if I had a MRI, they dug for it and found it, oh you didn't tell us you had two bulges discs on L5-S1, I let them know no one told me. They said it wasn't that bad, but they said let's do and epidural injection injection. So I went through one, felt great for 5 days, then did second injection, and it did nothing. I gave up. Did the physical therapy and nothing. Still pain all the time. Now on pain management taking Oxy/Acetimenaphin 3/525...muscle relaxers and antiinflamitories ...still pain. Now trying epidural in 4 days again and being reffered to Spine specialist. I have read a lot of posts here and it seems like everyone has gone through similar issues. What is the next step? I am always crying in pain, now,on antidepressants do to chronic health problem. I just want my back fixed!
