Shoulder/Seat belt Injury from Car Accident

I'm new to the forums and have been lurking for awhile. I've seen a few posts here that have been helpful. So to start, I was in a roll over car accident back in November. I had some very bad shoulder pain as a result of the seatbelt. The doc took some xrays but found nothing wrong. 3 months later, I'm still having pain and have a hard time raising my arm etc. I went back to the doc and they prescribed Me some ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer and referred me to physical therapy. I've been doing PT twice a week for the last month or so. I think the PT helps keep my shoulder from getting stiff but I am still having the same pain. I've also had to go back to the doctors every 2 weeks for checking up. I was told if I don't see much improvement in the next week or so to get a referral for an orthopedic doctor. I am not sure I wanna go down that road. I've had problems with my shoulder ever since the accident. Any suggestions or similar stories?
