August of 13 I had an open Laminectomy and decompression for stenosis and osteo arthritis (bilateral) at L3, 4. amd 5.. They removed my spiney processes and lamina during the procedure.. I have developed severe sciatic / radiculopathy in right leg.. A subsequent MRI show my stenosis has recurred with osteophytes and a bulging disc.. Here's the question.. Since the Spiney Processes and Lamina have already been removed during prior surgery, (the reason for the "open" surgery) can they do a Microdisectomy or much less invasive surgery to correct the proplem this time ?
