New symptom

As some as you know, I have had a failed ACDF and getting a new operation on April 1st.

For the last two weeks, I have been getting a roaring sound in my ears, it's not all the time, but is driving me nuts.
One doc told me it was vertigo, and my pcp told me it was tinnitus and gave me a nasal spray.

I've researched both of these and don't think it is either. Maybe a silly question, but could this somehow be from my failed fusion? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks in advance.
