4x Rf ablations to L4,5 and Si's

Upcoming Dorsal root stimulator @ Oxford Hospital v-soon.
I've been asked to attend a neuropsychological assessment next week with my partner!?
Anyone had it? What does it entail? and doe's it have any impact on decision making regarding the op?
Doc has said this is the last step for me and to be honest I'm grateful! Like the most of you guys "I've had enough"!

Any info/advice anyone can give I'll be really grateful!
If anyone's had it and want's to share their experiences I'd love to hear from them.

Cheers guys & stay positive :)
