Hi everybody,
i am new to the forum

I underwent surgery on the 10th Feb 2015, i was in bed from the 5th january until my surgery with a very painful sciatica on the right leg. ( i had a hernia L5S1 for the past 15 yrs.

The sciatica pain was dissapearing, I was happy for the progress.

then i startd feeling my calf miscle very sore and a slight pain on the right side buttock.

my walking and doing stairs was bad, so i was also keeping my feet badly on the ground.

While i was walking in the hospital to get an appt to see a Phisipotherapist, I had a fall on the road, i am unable to remember much due to confusion, fortunatly no fractures, but my buttock , shoulder , and the back (little) started giving me pain .

NOW- things are a bit too complicated, i walk keeping my legs apart, have to use arms to sit up. I hang my self up on the banister to climb stairs, the weight comes on my knees and i am making my shoulder suffer too.

did a Phisiatra visit, and 15 days of fisio is prescribed.

I am also planning to do some swimming and light excercises in the pool.

quite worried as my knees are very painful due to the weight and incorrect walk and poture.

any advice is appreciated.
