I have had several spinal surgeries but after years I am feeling no pain relief. Pain Dr said get another MRI so I did . Unfortunately he doesn't know what it means. Went to local orthopaedic Dr and he said I had to many complications for him that I need a specialist. Not one here in my town. If the results show that I need to go into Houston I will. Thought someone here
ight be able to help before I make that very long painful ride. Here's the findings:

It is assumed that there are 5 lumbar vertebrae.

Interverebral body fusion at L3-L4 and L5-S1 with thin bone bridging
Solid bilateral posterolateral fusion from L3 to S1
decompressive laminectomy from L3 to L5

Curvature and alignment Normal lordosis. Minimal retrolisthesis at L2,- L3
fused grade 1 spondylosthesis at L5 -S1

Vertebrae: no evidence of recent fracture infection or neoplasm
Endplate degenerative changes from L4 through S1
Conus:Normal terminating at S1
Cauda equina: Unremarkable
Atrophy of the posterior paraspinal musculature from L3 to the sacrum

Degenerative changes:
L1-L2: minimal disk bulge without stenoses
L2-L3: mild diffuse disk.bulge and moderate facet hypertrophy without the need canal or foramina stenoses
L3-L4: surgical level without stenoses
L4-L5: surgical level without stenoses
L5-S1 : surgical level without stenoses

1. Solid posterolateral fusion from L3-S1 . Thin interbody fusion at L3-L4 and L5-S1
2. fused grade 1 degenerative spondylosthesis at L5- S1. Minimal retrolisthesis at L2-L3
3. Mild degenerative changes of the disk and facet joints at L1-2 and L2-3 without canal or foramina stenoses

I know what the fusions are and unremarkable statements but everything else is to confusing for me. Any help anexplanations would be appreciated.
I have RA,fibromyalgia along with several bone and joints diseases as well.
