Cooled Radio frequency Sacroiliac Nerve Denervation?

Hi, Im new here but not new to the pain, its been three years of Chiropractors, Pain Management , PT and back surgery for spinal stenoisis to un-pinch nerves at L3, L4 and L5 last May. There was no improvement in my symptoms 8 months after my surgery so recently my surgeon sent me back to pain management where I am going through another sent of spinal epidurals and shots into my sacroiliac. I have also tried several nerve medications with No help.

I have pain 24/7 in my lower back, my butt , legs and feet. The pain goes from where it feels like electrical shocks, to tingling, burning and tightness in all areas, my feet tend to cramp and become very stiff and often feel numb. This began actually with one cramping foot that would not stop and turned into a nightmare.

Now my pain management DR is leaning towards that there is a sacroiliac joint dysfunction. I have already had a shot in each and do for another set this coming week. If this does not work he has plans to do what is called Cooled Radio frequency Sacroiliac Nerve Denervation.. My concern with this is that I read in several places that when you have sacroiliac Joint dysfunction the pain improves when you lay down. It does not for me, it often becomes worse making it so I cant sleep. Laying down seems to trigger the cramping and spasms in my feet.

So curious to see if anyone has had the procedure or similar symptoms to mine with SJ joint dysfunction?
