I have a grade 1 Anterlisthesis on L5/S1 and moderate DJD in my hip and make my living doing personal training!
So, I am facing a situation.
I am extremely strong, (like 1% kind of strength) and suspect the ailments are due to a life of heavy training.
I am hopeful that my muscle strength can help rehab my cartliage/bone situation.
Does anyone have any experience with any exercises, lifestyle adjustments, diet etc................that can help with either of these conditions?
I am barely 40 for Gods sake!
