I had an accident in 2012 in which I hurt my spinal cord. This wasnt diagnosed until next year when symptoms became clear. My right foot had numbness which affected my walking style and stability on foot. I had an MRI done which stated;
"Minimal bulging annulus seen at L4/L5 level causing minimal indentation over thecal sac and both exiting nerve roots"
I want to understand what it means and how can I help my condition?
The symptoms have aggravated and have affected both my feet. When I sit for long my lower back gets numb as well and my feet reciprocate this.
Daily chores are getting difficult to carry out and I am in desperate need of suggestions.
Thanks for your time and consideration
