Hi. I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on best exercises for my condition. I have pinched nerves L5 S1,degenerative spondylolisthesis, arthritis. Have pain in Lower back about 20%, lt buttocks 30% and leg calf area front of leg and back of left leg leand lt ankle area. 50% . Pain not in all places the one time. I use walker since Jan 19/15 to get around but I can walk around house a few steps but not a lot because of pain. I can walk around house holding unto furniture. I checked out web regard exercise but I don't know if I can do all of them. If they could make my condition worse. I used to do Tai Chi before this but i don't think I have enough balance to do it again. Are their simple chair exercises that I could do and not hinder my condition.
I am taking pain meds and anti inflammatory meds as well. I am trying to wean myself off the pain meds.
