I have a pinched nerve on my lumbar I've had it for 8 years now and its just getting worse. I had a steroid injection last year and it did help for a little while. has anybody had the procedure called faceblock injections has anybody had it and does it work thank you for any kind of information I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing

  • I think you may have had a diagnostic facet injection which is basically a temporary nerve block to isolate the nerves and pain area. If you get some temporary relief., the doc will then perform a nerve ablation or RFA for more permanent relief.
