Hi there

Here are my MRIs from June of my annular tear

Can anybody tell me how bad it Looks? My Dr said a very slight tear however it does not feel slight.

What is the likely hood of this repairing at 21 and do I have any options other than epidural? Also what exactly is causing my dull ache here?

Many thanks
