Ok, so I've had 2 major back surgeries and have stayed in chronic pain for years. I tried meds, stretching, walking, blah,blah, blah. 2 days ago I stated yoga. It hurt at first but my girlfriend pushed me to do it anyway and something amazing happened. I woke the day after the first session to a 1/4 reduced pain level. After day 2, my pain is a about half. People this might be the magic bullet for me and might help others. I'm so excited I had to share it.
